Collaboration Links builds and manages consortia to work with government organizations, industry, and business associations to pursue large-scale projects that fuel innovation to meet government and economic needs by promoting collaboration among government agencies, industry, universities, and the entrepreneurial small business ecosystem.
Establish and manage consortia comprised of regional commercial businesses and academia desiring government work, along with traditional government contractors from across the nation that collectively offer a wide range of capabilities to service federal and local government agency needs.
Leverage North Louisiana’s broadband access, low cost power, low cost of living, access to multi-modal transportation, workforce development availability, and nationally recognized higher education to promote the region’s technology and innovation ecosystem development.
Establish mechanisms for consortium members to access a range of government contract vehicles at the federal and local levels so they can compete individually or as teams to perform government-funded work.
Provide means for government agencies to establish contractual and other types of relationships with consortium members.
