COLLABORATION LINK

Fueling innovative collaboration

Collaboration Link builds and manages consortia to work with government organizations, industry, and business associations to pursue large-scale projects that fuel innovation to meet government and economic needs by promoting collaboration among government agencies, industry, universities, and the entrepreneurial small business ecosystem.

Our Partners

TechBy20 supports the development of a vibrant technology ecosystem along the I-20 corridor of North Louisiana. It does this by championing issues that contribute to the strength, resiliency and capacity of the North Louisiana technology base, and by building a vigorous, responsive and collaborative community to grow the North Louisiana technology ecosystem in support of business, academia, and government needs in North Louisiana. Collaboration Link convenes forums for the exchange of ideas, information, perspectives and capabilities, and promotes North Louisiana nationally to prospective businesses and technical workforce.

Collaboration Link operates under sub-contract to the Nebraska Defense Research Corporation (NDRC) to collaborate with NDRC and other PIA mission partners to develop and refine concepts that highlight NC3 Next Gen capabilities. The desired capabilities include innovative approaches to networking, enhanced situational awareness and decision-making tools, improved planning capabilities, and associated software to support the NC3 modernization efforts focused on the challenges of linking COCOMs with key senior decision makers. Collaboration Link’s contribution to this effort includes participation in classified consortium meetings and workshops, development of new concepts for future collaborative project orders (CPOs), providing feedback to NDRC, concepts development, and proposal writing.

Collaboration Link is working with the state of Louisiana to establish the Louisiana Emerging Technology Development and Prototyping Center, a collaborative environment that brings together industry, small business, higher education, workforce development, entrepreneurs, and angel/venture capital to create a diverse Emerging Technology Regional Cluster and convert ideas into viable products. Existing industry and academia capabilities in the region are being leveraged to allow for early delivery of results and to build a base for future growth.
